We are passionate about cooking, make use of the natural bounty of the Alps, want to revive old recipes and are in tune with nature’s course throughout the year. We use fresh, seasonal ingredients, preferably sourced from local farmers. At lunch and dinner time we serve traditional à la carte specialties as well as dishes with an Alpine flair, paired with wines from select vintners, listed in our carefully arranged wine list – also available as single glasses, if you wish. If you like beer, you will love our range of craft beers. In the afternoon we offer small treats as well as home-made cakes and coffee. We also serve a range of juices including apple, elderflower and many more, all of which are home-made as well.
